Oxford House, Sydney was heavily reliant on OTAs, with just 16% of bookings coming through direct channels. Demand wasn’t the problem, control and conversion were.
Guests were finding the hotel, but booking through third parties and paying unnecessary commission.
We implemented a focused direct-booking system using brand-protection Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Hotel Ads, and Meta retargeting. This was supported by tactical direct-only and seasonal offers, plus website optimisation to clearly communicate why booking direct was better.
