DIGITAL MARKETING ACCOUNT MANAGER
We're seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team at Merge. JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be working to maintain and grow both new and existing client relationships and will work with the in-house team and contractors to ensure that campaigns perform well and tasks are completed on-time. You’re interested in all things digital and will use your digital knowledge to support the needs of our clients and the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS:
- 2 – 3 Years of proven account management experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, phone)
- Strong content writing and grammatical skills
- Experience with CMS platforms including WordPress & Squarespace
- Understanding of popular digital ad platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads & TikTok ads
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Self-motivated with autonomous working ability
- Flexible and willing to learn
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Communicate with potential and existing clients professionally
- Nurture relationships and onboard new clients
- Ensure timely approvals and responses
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Create and manage Ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads & TikTok Ads
- Meet performance KPIs as outlined in strategy documents
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant trends
- Monitor, report and optimise campaigns for better results
CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA
- Copywriting, content creation and editing
- Develop content ideas and manage content schedules
- Schedule and manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Sked Social
- Ensure SEO best practices across your portfolio of clients
REPORTING & ANALYSIS
- Build performance reports with KPI benchmarks and recommendations
- Use web analytics to analyse and optimise website activity
- Review campaigns to ensure budget and KPI targets are met
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
- Google Analytics For Beginners Certification
- Google Ads Search Certification
