How We Doubled Direct Bookings In 6 Months
Oxford House, Sydney was heavily reliant on OTAs, with just 16% of bookings coming through direct channels. Demand wasn’t the problem, control and conversion were.
Guests were finding the hotel, but booking through third parties and paying unnecessary commission.
We implemented a focused direct-booking system using brand-protection Google Ads, Performance Max, Google Hotel Ads, and Meta retargeting. This was supported by tactical direct-only and seasonal offers, plus website optimisation to clearly communicate why booking direct was better.

Babalou, Kingscliff is a beachfront wedding venue competing in a crowded, seasonal market. The challenge wasn’t interest, it was generating consistent, high-quality enquiries year-round, especially during off-peak periods.
We ran Google Ads targeting brides actively searching for wedding venues, supported by Meta ads reaching engaged women and custom intent audiences.
