It's a Sunday sesh with a difference, rocking out to acoustic music among the beauty of nature and checking out the art gallery at Tokonoma.
Matthew Pitts spent 12 years in Japan as a pro surfer and released two albums over there, the singer-songwriter will be joined by Hibiki (the fabulous Tokonoma cafe owner and chef) and percussionist Yaoki.
Local band RogerThat have been gigging around the Coast for years. Usually a fully sick, amped up rock band, they'll be taking things to a new level with an accoustic performance.
When you're there, we recommend trying Ume Shu - a Japanese plum wine. It's sweeter than Saki, the Japanese rice wine. Kind of like the equivalent of a dessert wine. Yum.
Live Music in the Cool Afternoon kicks off at 4pm on Sunday Nov 29, entry is $10.
