Here's the plot of Bodyguards and Assassins: 

In the British Colony of Hong Kong at the turn of the century, over the distance of thirteen blocks, the one man who will guide the fate of modern China must survive relentless attempts on his life with only five bodyguards to protect him. Against hundreds of assassins, these men must put their courage to the test in order to protect the hopes of millions on this perilous night even if it means fighting to the death… To save a nation’s future, they must protect one man from its past.

It is also apparently a "non stop action fest" and also apparently there's a scene where a beggar shaves off his beard then beats up "a legion" of assassins single-handedly. This movie sounds like the goods - and the gooder news is that we have two double passes to giveaway to the Sunday screening of the flick. What kind of Valentine's Day would it be without crazy kung-fu action? A lame one, alright.
